"I start my fitness training at 06:30 in the morning and from 09:00 to 12:00 we do table practice. Then I'll come back home. We start service practice from 16:00, followed by table training until 19:30. We'll have a day off once a week. We usually don't train when we have a tournament in a few days. We'll have those days for recovery and to prepare ourselves mentally and to avoid injury. Occasionally I go for a recovery massage as well." (voiceofindiansports, 12 Apr 2023)
