"I was a member of a youth baseball team from the fourth grade of primary school, and my life had nothing to do with rifle shooting. However, when I was in the sixth grade, my teacher at primary school invited me to come to a rifle shooting experience session, and I received a pamphlet. I didn't know anything about the sport, but I wanted to try something that no one else was doing so I was interested." (city, 01 Jan 2020)

"To avoid eye strain, I try to reduce the use of devices such as smartphones and tablets to the bare minimum right before a competition. Also, when I was in the third year of junior high school, I developed lower back pain. My trainer pointed out that I wasn't stretching enough, so I try to stretch not only before and after practice, but also after taking a bath and before going to bed." (city, 01 Jan 2020)

General
STUDYING IN THE USA
He has studied at West Virginia University in the United States of America. He has also been a graduate student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. "Due to my success at shooting tournaments, I received many offers from universities in Japan, and I decided early on that I wanted to attend university. At that time, it was the summer of my third year of high school. Coincidentally, I had the opportunity to practise with Italian shooter Niccolo Campriani, who won gold at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. He recommended that I study at West Virginia University so I could hone my shooting skills. Although I had almost decided to go to a domestic university, I felt that I wanted to improve myself among elite shooters from overseas, so I talked to my parents about it. My parents wanted me to not only improve my shooting skills, but also to grow up to be a person who can serve the international community, so I decided to take on the challenge."
