Additional Information

General
MOVE TO THE USA
In early 2022 she moved to the United States of America to compete on the Women's All Pro Tour [WAPT]. She then progressed to the Epson Tour, the official qualifying tour of the LPGA. "When me and my friend Sock [Singaporean golfer Koh Sock Hwee] heard of the WAPT, we Googled it and paid for membership and just said to each other, 'We have to do this'. And we ended up in Texas. Once we got here, we didn't know what to expect. Then three events in, I got my first win, and the next thing I know, I am playing my first Epson Tour event. Playing on the Epson Tour is the next step for me to play in the US so it'll be a good experience for me to learn and get a feel of what it's like to play on something that's a bit closer to the LPGA. Now it is about keeping my status. It has been good but just a lot more stressful. I have a lot more learning to do but hopefully, I will get my LPGA card soon." (epsontour, 16 May 2023; straitstimes, 16 Dec 2022)

MOVE TO AUSTRALIA
At age 16 she left school and moved to Australia to help further her golf career. After playing at amateur level for 18 months under coach Ian Triggs in Australia, she turned professional in 2017. (straitstimes, 16 Dec 2022; hsbcgolf, 01 Jan 2018)
