General
Hong Kong, China have competed at both editions of the Asian Games that featured women's cricket.
Making their debut in 2010 in Guangzhou, the Hong Kongers lost to Bangladesh and Nepal in Pool B and did not progress to the knockout round. Drawn in Group C four years later in Incheon, the Hong Kong, China team lost their first match against the People's Republic of China by just four runs. They then secured their first Asian Games victory with a 35-run win over the Republic of Korea to qualify for the quarterfinals. Their tournament ended at this point following an 82-run loss to eventual bronze medallists, Sri Lanka.
