OVERCOMING TRAUMA
She required counselling and hypnotherapy after falling during a 10,000m race in March 2020. "I was haunted by the trauma of the incident for some time. Even though my doctor told me that according to my medical examination I wasn't injured at all, I felt like I would fall over again if I began running.
