Phnom Penh, Cambodia: The Phnom Penh Post in Cambodia has set the scene for the Olympic Solidarity/Olympic Council of Asia Regional Forum to be held at Siem Reap on March 26-27. It will be the second such Regional Forum, following the initial gathering in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from March 22-23, as the National Olympic Committees learn the fine details of the Olympic Solidarity Quadrennial Plan for 2013-2016.
